If you can search perfectly you will find a group on the name of your university. Better join those groups to interact with seniors to maintain the rapport. Seniors will definitely guide you in finding the accommodation atleast temporarily till you find a house/apartment. I myself started a group for upcoming students thinking they should not face the same issues with accommodation as I did.
