Average estimates before stepping into US :

Application fee for univ - 25$-130$ (some univ have no appln fee)

GRE and TOEFL - 165$ and 165$

Sending the packets to univ - 1000 INR(best to choose Blue dart, DHL or Fed Ex)

Score reporting to univ(if required) - 40$ (gre and toefl) 

Visa application fee - 160$

SEVIS fee - 200$

Ticket fare - 58000 INR.

Shopping and etc - 25000 INR.
